It is a glorious day in the Tri-Cities today. The sun is shining bright, it is at least 45 degrees and there is not a wind to speak of. We did our chores and headed to Badger M0untain, our favorite hiking trail. OK, one of the few hiking trails around, but we like it. Oliver did a ton of running and we soaked up the vitamin D and rays. It was good to feel sun on our faces again.January 22, 2011
Sunshine and vitamin D
It is a glorious day in the Tri-Cities today. The sun is shining bright, it is at least 45 degrees and there is not a wind to speak of. We did our chores and headed to Badger M0untain, our favorite hiking trail. OK, one of the few hiking trails around, but we like it. Oliver did a ton of running and we soaked up the vitamin D and rays. It was good to feel sun on our faces again.
